Tempe, Arizona - I attended the much anticipated Wu-Tang Clan concert last night with the guys. After standing for three hours straight through two of the most horrific opening acts I’ve ever seen (the audience was throwing whatever they could find at the stage), Wu-Tang finally took the stage. Most of the night was a blur, not to mention I’m half deaf and now have a pretty bad strain of the flu. Still, completely worth it to spend an evening with the most bad ass rappers out there. The concert featured the talents of Ghost Face Killer, Method Man, DJ Mathematics, Inspectah Deck, GZA, and RZA (although RZA was not there last night with the rest of the clan which was somewhat disappointing since RZA is the musical genius behind the clan’s music), among many others. All in all, a promising start to the new year!

This year, I gotta make it happen:

1. Write 2 new band pieces.
2. Get first commission.
3. Work out/hike more/play basketball more/get some muscles in the arms and upper body.
4. Travel.
5. Pick a major at ASU so I can graduate on time.
